So this week I kept up with the "Keto way of life". I'm happier with the way that I'm feeling and not so bloated. This week I added a smidge on my fat percentage, but I'm okay with that. I did enjoy a few more cards then you're supposed to, but I say it's all in moderation and enjoy what you're eating.
Using the app Myfitnesspal has helped me stay in the game and watch my calories and my macros to stay in range. I also make sure that when I do goto the grocery store I don't buy things that will tempt me. It's definitely hard to not eat noodles and rice when the girls are eating spaghetti or chicken and rice. But then I add a few things, usually different kinds of cheese it makes it all better.
Being busy a few things that sometimes stump you when looking for lunch and dinner you just have to think out of the box. There was a night that we had to get fast food and we chose Chick-fil-a. Now, here's one of the times, where I just added a bit more carbs . I ordered a kids meal with the breaded chicken nuggets. But I was ok with that. Another time I had to make that dreaded pit stop at the grocery store to get something to make for dinner. Something quick and easy - italian sausages! I just pan fried them and added a avocado and cheese. It doesn't sound like much but it made me full and was delicious.
It's a matter of staying conscious on what you eat and sometimes enjoying little bits of other foods.
